Photos taken on 13/06/11 on a day trip to the Farne Islands, spending about 2 hours on both Staple Island and Inner Farne. Conditions were fantastic, strong headwinds were slowing the puffins down on Inner Farne making it easier to catch them in flight, easiER however still doesn’t mean easy, they’re still like missiles coming in to land!
